{"id":131,"date":"2023-09-22T13:52:34","date_gmt":"2023-09-22T13:52:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kchcdev.wpenginepowered.com\/?post_type=program&#038;p=131"},"modified":"2024-07-19T20:45:19","modified_gmt":"2024-07-19T20:45:19","slug":"sexual-health-testing-and-treatment","status":"publish","type":"program","link":"https:\/\/kchcnew.thedev.ca\/fr\/programs\/sexual-health-testing-and-treatment\/","title":{"rendered":"Sexual Health at Weller"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our practitioners are available for sexual health appointments for the following services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>STI screening<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contraception<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IUD\/IUS insertion; Nexplanon insertion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emergency contraception<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pregnancy testing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pap test<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medical abortion\/abortion pill&nbsp;<strong>(please contact clinic and speak to one of our nurses as timing is important for this medication)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oral and transdermal contraceptives available at cost for clients of the sexual health clinic, and all other services are free. Clinic care is open to all, and is always confidential and non-judgmental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sexual health appointments available through KCHC are intended for individuals that currently do not have a family doctor or do not have access to medical service providers.
