They apply the biomechanics of the body and principles of physical activity to improve people\u2019s health and quality of life. They factor in the presence of chronic disease and physical limitations when prescribing exercise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Our kinesiologist works with individuals and groups.
