Services include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Testing and treatment follow-up (Hep C, STIs, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic wound care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Psychiatry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rapid Access to Addiction Medicine (RAAM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-take and community referrals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Youth engagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Primary care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sexual health testing and treatment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Counselling and mental health supports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PORCH urban and rural sites include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Integrated Care Hub, 661 Montreal St<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200bSeven Oakes Motel, 2331 Princess St<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OLS &#8211; Tiny Homes, Olympic Harbour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprehensive Integrated Housing, 35 Lyons St<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>North Addington Education Centre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharbot Lake with Maltby Centre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Napanee District Secondary School<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sydenham High School<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PORCH hits the road two to three days\/week and offers a variety of services, which are dependent on the health care providers and community partners aboard. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0Portable OutReach Care Hub (PORCH)\u00a0is a retro-fitted RV that provides health care and community services to those who may face barriers to accessing care, particularly those facing homelessness.
