We are currently unable to take on any other patients, including children under five years of age.<br><br>The primary health care team includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nurses, nurse practitioners and physicians<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A dietitian<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A diabetes educator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social workers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An occupational therapist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A foot care nurse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Medical students, nursing students, and resident physicians also work at the Weller clinic at times throughout the year.
