Healthy Smiles Ontario provides free dental care for eligible children 17 years and under living in lower-income families who need support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Children are automatically enrolled in the program if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They receive assistance under Temporary Care Assistance or Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They or their family receive Ontario Works or Ontario Disability Support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can apply for your children if they:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Are 17 years of age and under;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Live in Ontario; and\/or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet income eligibility requirements (see above).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Children who do not meet these income requirements may be eligible for Healthy Smiles Ontario emergency and essential services, or preventive services.
